Crawling on a slippery floor

My 9 month old daughter is crawling all over now - and fast! We have hardwood floors, and her grippy socks are not cutting it anymore and she has slipped a few times and bumped her head on the floor pretty hard. Are there any recommendations for a shoe with some grip, but on the sides for a crawler rather than just on the bottom?

  Hi @alexandracmack,

  This is a great idea -- we're always looking for product feedback on how to innovate with kids' shoes. 

  I've shared your feedback with our shoe designers and we hope to have some new styles coming out in fall that will address this slippery challenges. 

  In the mean time, how about baby helmets? :)
