Hand-me-down shoes

I have a 2 year old and I just had another baby. I don't want to have to buy a whole new set of shoes for my little one. What are some good styles that hold up to the test of time?

  Hi Alex!
  Our household tries to live a eco-friendly lifestyle and we try to use hand-me-downs as much as we can too. (Every little bit helps to save up for college!)
  
  Shoe LaLa's Dirt Runners have worked out real well for our little ones. They are great play date sandals -- sand, water, you name it, they stomp through it. And they don't come apart easily. Real workhorse shoes. 
  
  I think they come in other colors too, but let's be honest, at the end of the day, it all just turns brown & muddy :D
